Zin Chair Return Policy

Zin Chair stands by the impeccable quality of all its products, and is fully dedicated to providing unsurpassed customer service and satisfaction. We will make every effort to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All custom orders are final. If we agree to a return it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. Upon receiving the item without damage the return will be initiated for the full purchase price and any taxes paid. Shipping is not refundable.

Even though we take extra care in our packaging, issues can arise. if the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures of the damaged box before opening it up. Then open the box and if the item is also damaged, take more pictures of the damaged item. Notify us immediately of the damage and send us the photos of the damaged box and item. We will then begin a damage report with the shipping company. Upon successful closure of the damage report, we will replace the same item you ordered.
